3. Freelance & Consulting Services

When you engage Samar Sonar for services (such as Website Development, Google Business Profile Management, FSSAI Registration, Tourism Marketing, or AI Automation):

• Service Terms: Specific scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or formal contract) before project kick-off.
• Payments: Unless specified otherwise, website projects require a 50% advance deposit, with the remaining 50% balance due upon completion and prior to going live/handover.
• Revisions: The number of revisions allowed will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Standard packages typically include one round of revisions.
• Delays: We are not liable for project delays caused by Client's failure to provide required contents, images, hosting credentials, or text.

4. User Comments & Feedback

This website may offer users the opportunity to post and exchange opinions, information, material, and data. Samar Sonar does not screen, edit, publish, or review comments prior to their appearance on the website. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts them and not of Samar Sonar.
